A course of Geography developed by the staff of the "Methods of Teaching Geography" chair of Moscow State Pedagogical University underlies this multimedia title.

The disc contains multimedia descriptions on the following subjects:

- Geographical location of Russia
- General characteristic of Russian nature
- Natural and economic zoning of Russia
- Population of Russia

The disc has over 1000 slides. Animation helps to simulate real situations. Many natural processes and phenomena are shown in dynamics. The artwork includes not only static images, but small fragments from educational and popular science video films as well.
