Abstracts:

Organisation of development departments in Russian museums is an urgent and duly task combining integration of modern management technologies in cultural institutions with solution of daily problems of the concrete institution. The analysis of the situation in domestic museums confirms necessity of organisation of new structural division and validity of application of information management technologies to traditional institutions of cultural heritage preservation in Russia.

Graduated from the computer science faculty of the Vladimir State University in system engineering in 1994. 1994 - 1997 - software engineer of the Information centre of the Vladimir State University. 1997 - 2001 - chief of the computer science department in the State Vladimir-Suzdal history, architecture and art museum-reserve. Since 2001 – post-graduate of faculty "Management in culture sphere" of the Moscow High School of Social and Economic Siences.
