Abstracts:

The visioners have unique understanding of their special area problems. Their explanations and live cources could rarely be fixated be traditional textbooks.
The principal information streams which construct live course are multichannel audio and video, analogue and digital illustrations (texts, graphics, films), special computer devices signals (tablet or whiteboard). The technics for realtime fixation of them in-synchro is constructed for them to be integrated as SMIL (RealMedia profiles) presentation. Content is playable via RealPlayer8 uniformly on Windows, MacOS, Linux, SUN Solaris. Content is placed on CD (DVD) or media server. The latter case guarantees copy protection. In this way semester cources in politology are produced as well as special cources in culturology, economy, exact sciences and medicine. Live Internet translations of the conferences are realized.
